Using polypropylene film as medium in vacuum condition,distilling plates,metal-layer as electrode,high quality stuffing material sealed and high grade waterproof cable leading out electrode.Stable capacitance,low loss,high voltage-resistant and good self-healing,can be fixed between railway tracks,working safely and stably in bad condition of winding,polarizing and raining.
